Reducing the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in the water decreases undesirable tastes and odors in your beverages and water based menu items such as soups, sauces and more. The EV962722 filter is designed for use with a reverse osmosis system on the incoming water used in commercial cooking and warming equipment such as steamers and food warmers.
